I was registered as a marriage celebrant on 4 April 2018. I have a bachelor's degree in teaching, a bachelor's degree in law, a Master's degree in law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and finally, and most recently, a Certificate IV in Civil Celebrancy.
I have previous professional experience as a member of the President of the Senate’s (Australian) personal staff, in other political offices and as the course coordinator for Company Law at the Canberra Institute of Technology.
I enjoy people and life. I have been married for over twenty years and I have two beautiful teenage sons. I love beautiful things of all kinds, including fine arts and martial arts, music and literature.
I love the power that beautifully put together words have to capture our imaginations and attempt to describe the elusive depths of our human condition.
“Poets and playwrights have worked throughout the ages to unravel and enlighten us on love, to no effect. Love, who we love and how we love, remains an enchanting mystery of our human condition.”
